LIVFIT is an online coaching service that can provide you with a number of premium training programs, proper nutrition guidance, and the right mindset so that you can fully understand the process of achieving phenomenal results instead of just simply trusting the process blindly.

Whether you're an Everyday, Advanced or Elite-level Athlete, we have a training programme to suit your needs. Our online programmes have been carefully designed with their specific athlete avatars in mind. We also offer customised plans to suits your goals and needs.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
This package is suitable for everyone from the average gym-goer, non-athlete, complete beginner, and even all the way to those more advanced practitioners wishing to take their efforts and results to new heights. Our custom 1 to 1 training is delivered online and fully tailored to your individual needs whilst taking into account your physical, psychological and social needs/preferences. Premium Coaching clients will also have access to our weekly learning/education exercises to teach you the ins and outs of what your coach is instructing you to do. More importantly, so you can take control of your nutrition forever.

GROUNDWORK is a beginner level program for any one who is new or starting functional fitness training. The GroundWork Program will provide a progressive plan of strength and conditioning, through mixed modal training to build functional muscle & improve your engine and overall fitness.

If you have been training for a number of years, understand good movement principles and now want to train more functionally, the Perform program is for you. The Perform Program will provide a progressive strength based plan through major compound lifts and functional bodybuilding workouts. Gymnastics movements have been added to this program, along with olympic lifting movements within the conditioning workouts to improve your athleticism and overall functional capacity. Get strong, fit and functional with The Perform Program.

Follow the EXACT program as Head Coaches Caleb/Nick - For experienced lifters wanting an elite level of training. Strength training, accessory work, mixed modality conditioning - develop your strength even further, become more efficient and technical in the olympic lifting, as well as reaching a higher level of intensity in the conditioning workouts. All sessions are tried, tested and adapted to achieve optimal performance and results - expect there to be more creativity with this program, as Head Coaches Caleb/Nick will test you through combined movement patterns and varying effort levels to achieve a fit & functional physique.

GROUNDWORK is a beginner based group rolling program with workouts that last between 45min workouts, REFORM is a intermediate level based group rolling program with up to 60 minute workouts. PERFORM lasts up to 75 minutes depending on the duration of the warm up, cool down, how well you understand the movements, and how many movements are in that training session.
Via our interactive coaching app. Log your results and connect with the MARCHON™ coaches and communities all in one place. Each programme has a 4/6 day split - 3/4 days focusing on strength and skill development and 2 days focusing on capacity.
GROUNDWORK lasts up to 45 minutes. REFORM lasts up to 60 minutes and PERFORM last up to 75 minutes, depending on the duration of the warm up, cool down, how well you understand the movements, and how many movements are in that training session.
Absolutely! You can interact with the LIVFIT coaches and the rest of our LIVFIT Online Community via the app as well as our Facebook Groups. You have the ability to post training results and videos into both platforms for review, ask questions about training execution and support your peers. Many minds, one mindset.
We have a 3 month minimum commitment on all our online memberships.
